Young
entrepreneurs hold the future of the country. Many youngsters, rather than
finding jobs, resort to starting their enterprises. But since this is a
relatively new career choice, these youngsters need someone to inspire them.
Someone who has made it on his own and has qualities worth being copied. Mr.Abhit Sud is one such someone. On a list of inspiring entrepreneurs, he is
worthy of being mentioned on top.
A slow but steady path to success
He
started his career by graduation from the esteemed Bradford University and then
completed his post-graduation in Strategic Marketing and Research from
Cranfield University. Even though he came from a family involved in a
successful business, his road to success was not devoid of hurdles. He started
by gaining work experience in JWT and then handled managerial works for 15
years during which he claims to have led all teams to success, a claim we have
no difficulty in believing. He was made the executive director of Mayar Group
once he had attained sufficient experience in this regard. he has lived up to
the expectations of not just his family but also his colleagues who no doubt
are happy to work with and under his able guidance.
In
addition to being an executive director of such a huge enterprise, he is also
an active director in eight companies. He has also bestowed his wisdom upon
various groups like YPO and Entrepreneurs’ Group. His exemplary leadership
skills are evident from the success of the Group over a span of a few years
after he started heading the Mergers and Acquisition team of the Mayar Group.
The group has expanded across continents in countries like New Zealand,
Singapore, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Africa, the USA, and Europe. There is no denying
the immense hard work that it takes to reach such heights but to keep growing
at a steady rate even after such success in an entire skill in itself. He has
no doubt honed this skill over time with his experience and dynamic
personality.
Over
the last few years, he has started yet another successful enterprise: Global
Wellness Group. He identified the lack of expertise and professionals at
wellness centers which have become important over the years. He applied hisbusiness skills acquired over the years and created a chain of sophisticated
wellness centers in various countries. He has curated experts from all over the
world (Europe, the USA, South Korea, and Israel) and has incorporated all new
and emerging techniques and technologies to deliver the best services at these
centers. His hard work has paid off. These centers have time and again received
much-deserved appreciation.
Life outside work
His
personality is what makes him different from all his contemporaries. His
interviews and social media handles show that he actively shares his life with
others and has an entirely different perspective on work and life in general.
He also takes time out for his beloved sport: tennis. Like everything else that
he has done, he is successful in tennis as well. In his youth, he played in
national tournaments for the state of Delhi.
Based
on all this, there is no doubt that he is much-needed inspiration that today’s
youth need.
